As news of the Terrestrial Plant Rule is making its way around the state, comments are being shared about how the proposed rule may affect us.
I want to share an article that I think exemplifies an attitude that takes us in a positive direction. Learning about invasive species, how to identify them and learning about their impacts should be a positive experience. Positive because ultimately goals of managing invasive species are to, celebrate our native flora and fauna, recognize the amazing relationships between our plants, wildlife and ourselves, and embrace the positive impacts we can have on the health and diversity of our landscapes.
