Terrestrial Plant Rule Update

A quick update on the progress of the proposed terrestrial plant rule.
Online comments continue to be accepted, so please provide a comment if you have not. A date for the public hearing has not been determined; however, they anticipate a meeting in November. As soon as the date is determined I will email those on the listserv and share the information via this blog.
Now is a great time to help us document and map these five invasive species in Indiana,
Japanese stiltgrass (Microstegium vimineum)
Mimosa (Albizia julibrissin)
Sweet Autumn Clematis (Clematis ternifolia)
Chinese yam (Dioscorea polystachya)

Chinese silvergrass (Miscanthus sinensis)
