A chance to stop some insanity (doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result)



A quick note to share a local article highlighting the reason DNR removed Callery pear and Norway maple from the draft terrestrial plant rule.  Not only are developed areas bombarded by invasive species; our natural areas, areas that offer sanctuaries for rare, threatened and endangered species, provide recreation, beauty, local revenue (e.g. Brown County State Park), and many additional attributes, are negatively impacted as well.
