Autumn round of invasive species to report

Hello Everyone,

Happy Fall! It is a great time of year to spot the list of species below. Please help us assess the movement of these species outside of landscaped areas by reporting on your GLEDN app. If you need more info about downloading the app or how to use it, please see instructions at: the Indiana Invasive Species Council website: indianainvasivespecies.org (Click on the "Report It!" Button)

Don't forget to comment on the proposed terrestrial plant rule. Online commenting is still open. You may access the Natural Resources Website here:https://www.in.gov/nrc/2377.htm. Please scroll to the bottom of the page to the table of rules and you will find the Terrestrial Plant Rule. You will need to click on the blue highlighted link that reads, "Comment on this rule". I will let you know when the online comment period closes.

Fall invasive plant species to be aware of and report on GLEDN app.
Burning Bush (Euonymous alatus)
Chinese silvergrass (Miscanthus sinensis)
