Terrestrial Plant Rule is on the January NRC agenda for review!

Good Evening All,


I spoke with Megan Abraham this morning after not seeing the Natural Resource Commission (NRC) January meeting agenda on the IN NRC web site and she let me know that review of the terrestrial plant rule (TPR), comments and the hearing officer's recommendations will be on the January meeting agenda.


Sure enough, I see this evening that the agenda is posted and the TPR is included for review.


Hoorah!
